The Germans Know They're Coming

In 19 forty three, the germans have been planningo for the italians coming out of the war in exactly the same way that the british. The idea is to flood italy an the balkans with german divisions, take over the keepings d and then become an operation alaric. And who's going to come out on top on that battle? Is it a highly disciplined, well organized german force, or is it a totally chaotic, absolutely morale spent, totally useless army of italians?
