The Importance of Recovery Activities
I've done some long distance running in the past. But right now, like going out and running 40 minutes would be a workout. And so as long as my recovery activity is not a training stimulus where it's so hard for me that I'm actually going to have to recover from that day, it's okay to go out and do these other activities. Getting some amount of activity is really important.
