How to Talk to Your Therapist When You're Upset

Never ever be afraid to tell your therapist, hey, I'm upset, what you set upset me. You're the consumer here. If that's hard for you, if you have problems with confrontation, send them an email. Every once in a while with specific populations though, in personal eye disorder spectrum, then I do become the mirror, right? Yeah. And I'm going to put that right back because I know therapeutically, clinically, it has, whatever's happening for them isn't about me in that moment.
