The Dysfunctionality of Wakukotahi
We're on the bottom 10% of OECD countries in terms of value we get out of our infrastructure. We've got to think about building more, and you can feel us around New Zealand. The Wakukotahi has depreciated the state highway met with in New Zealand by about two and a half billion dollars over the last six years. I have grave concerns for that organization given its dysfunctionality at the moment.
