The Progosion of Piggosin

The Progosion thing the mutiny that happened a few weeks ago really hasn't yet been resolved completely. Piggosin is missing nobody knows exactly where he is although Lukashenko says he's in Russia. It seems just weird that Putin would have him and they discussed what's going on in Ukraine. What do we do with the thousand or so maybe under a thousand maybe somewhere between 500 and a thousand troops Wagner troops in Syria do they fall under Russian command?
