Abortion is still a constitutional right to day and every day until the court rules officially. But when it does, that constitutional right ends. Many people are looking to congress and the white house to see what, if anything, they can do to protect the right to an abortion. In congress, people are calling for senate democrats to pass a law that would codify the right to choose into federal law. And not all democrats are on board with getting rid of the filibuster to begin with. President byden himself said this week he wasn't ready to endorse canning the filibuster too.
