Dask Clusters

Dask has a bunch of schedules, and some of those are local schedules that run on a single machine. They can either use pitons, multa processing module, or threading multiple threads to do computation. The idea is that, like i at a small scale, whene you're using the threaded schedule, it's going to stream computation. And so you need the sort of iterative streaming style end to get there.
