The Importance of Problem Solving

I call myself a problem solver because when you come in here, I'm not I'm not going to train your dog. But like a lot of what I do is I'm going to work with the owner and I'm really going to educate. And people come in and they say and they blame it on the dog, which is the no bad dogs podcast. It doesn't do me any good.
