The Bloody City

Ezekiel's wife dies and he is told by the Lord not to mourn or weep for her. He also tells Ezekiel, "I am about to take the delight of your eyes away from you at a stroke" In Proverbs, chapter 13, verses 21 through 25, Miss Fortune pursues sinners, but prosperity rewards the righteous. A good man leaves an inheritance to his children's children, but the sinner's wealth is laid up for the righteous. The fallow ground of the poor yields much food, but is swept away through injustice. We give God our praise in heaven, we thank you for this day, and continuing to call us back off course.
