There's a perception that all the MIT guys have gone to Amazon and who are you going to get left over? The biggest thing is knowing the problems you want to solve, having interesting problems because people will come out of academia or move roles in industry. You need to hire the learners, have a roadmap, a data engineer, an MLOps person. There's an increasing number of roles now in AI. But ultimately, people want to come on with a sense that they will be able to impact the business.
