The EU foreign policy chief made the comments in an interview with CNN. Ben Norton: The US led imperialist system is trying to subordinate all other countries, especially China and Russia. He says they're up against a brick wall because the vast majority of the global population who live in the global south refused to be colonized. "They're done with colonialism, they're done with neo-colonialism, they're fighting to create a new world"
