Is There an Easy Way to Judge if I'm Gaining Too Much Fat During a Bulk?

The p ratio is the proportion of weight gained that is gained as lean mass. If you have a high p ratio during bulk, that means you put on a ton of muscle and minimal body fat. And so where this gets interesting is there's kind of a a hypothesis within the evidence base lifting community that as your body fat gets higher, you become more insolent resistant. So for a given amount of weight gain, a relatively smaller proportion of it is going to be muscle tissue or lean mass.
