I think anyone who is considering it will, I think, find a lot of opportunity and breadth within the supply chain function to really grow and develop their skills. One of the things I love the most about it is that it's fast paced and we're really in an opportunity right now where it's ripe for innovation and disruption. And so when you step back and think of it that way a little bit, it's pretty rewarding. You don't necessarily think about how much it affects our everyday lives.
