Ethan Wu: Some people think the rally's overextended that there's been a lot of investors zeal and there might be a reversal. He says Western investors especially have said, oh, look, it's cheap. They're finally turning the ship around on corporate Japan and they buy in and they end up pretty disappointed. "These things will take time and they will have knockbacks," he says.
