How to Prepare for the Test

Each event of the ACFT exists to. Be a sampling of a component of fitness that has been determined to be relevant to combat. If you train for lower body strength in general, you will perform pretty well on the deadlift. The actual demands on your lower body strength will be different if the only strengthening stuff you ever do are three max hex bar deadlifts. A million exercises could assess lower body strength. It is just a tiny piece of the pie.
