How to Eat to Feel the Microbiome

The first lens through which we make decisions in nutrition is remove the toxic burden. Then we say minimize inflammation, then eat to fuel the microbiome. So every meal should include meat, vegetables and something that's fermented. It doesn't have to be a lot, but it can be something like kombucha or fermented cabbage.
