The Distressed Business Market
Ecom has done three distress deals this year looking at another one. The public markets were very kind to subscale consumer products businesses because all valuations were high and its public market comps have come down. If you don't think you have viability to raise cash or or right size your business last observation that we've seen a lot of is just kind of venture backed e-commerce businesses that haven't hit escape velocity. We're often a bearer of bad news and reality that can operationalize a solution for the lender which is now first in line to get paid but it might mean bad news to employees, vendors with balances.
