How to Build a Single Monolith

In an ideal world, if I have a single monolith and everything's quick and fast. like it shouldn't take a committee to figure out where something goes. If you're spending too much time on that, then I sort of look into simplifying again. Like the default answer should not be, Oh, I saw this person. The reason for like finding all these like, you know, pure Java modules is to serve that effect.
