How Encroll Built a Giant MVP

The idea was to show that somebody needs credits. They just really need to put in some information in a list and then have credits rendered, they don't need more. So all in all we built a gigantic MVP that was way bigger than it should have been. That brings me to another, let's call it failed startup. We were building photo journalism software for people to upload there. And we had a paying customer, but then all of a sudden, we didn't really find the right channels to market it to people. If you don't do this, you're essentially running blind.
