I think we have seen in a number of instances that the result of an enforcement action is that there may be some talk of registration. But often it's just part of the settlement is that the thing will shut down or will stop selling to US investors or US customers whatever you deem them to be. And so the the come in and register admonition does not necessarily on its own do much right. Why not try to figure this out and I think the way to to go about doing that would be to put out a set of principles for each of these sub areas of crypto that we've run into, he said.
