The Foreshadowing of Christianity in the Middle Ages
I think that the foreshadowing Christianity that one comes across in Plato is in large part because Plato is a massive influence on the emergence of Christianity. I personally find the medieval idea that Virgil was a profit that Virgil had intimations of what was coming much more moving. The dominance of the so called left brain thinking over the right brain thinking and the methods of thought that we have, particularly the use of reason that was supposed to be in service to something bigger and deeper and wider has taken its reins. And now we're run by this kind of ETLated machine way of thinking, which is literally creating machines to think for us now. Does that make sense?
