The Importance of Setting Up Your Environment to Make Things Easy

The three M's for morning routine for me are mindfulness, movement and mindset. I like to do a five minute kitchen strength work at one of my coffee's brewing. And then the third piece of me is mindset. So I always finish off reading something uplifting or thought provoking every morning. If you allow negativity in, don't be surprise when you have anxious thoughts. Don't be surprised when you're up at night thinking about the things that could happen in your life. Right now we need to be careful about how much we consume and at what times of day.
