He doesn't want the ambulance service to waste their time picking him up when they could be saving someone else's life. It just shows what a civically minded person he is. I expect stuntmen dislocate their shoulders all the time because that's what stuntmen do, isn't it? Anyway, I normally get a bus or a taxi to A&E but this time I thought it warranted it. If something warrants something, it basically deserves it or it's appropriate.
