There is one thing in particular that I think would be useful to mention which I think can happen a lot. The engineering team like some of the engineers we were talking about doing something or we were building something. To us there was like an obvious change that we should make and so we basically added we made this change specifically I made the change but there were like some other people involved in agreeing that we should do this but it was just the engineers. So then this change like shows up and they're not they weren't expecting it. And so they got really frustrated and so they show up and are like who did this like why did this happen and like they're very they're very angry.
