An enagram is used to define nine interconnected personality types, numbered one to nine. Do you know yours? Weirdly, three people this month have suggested i'd do the unline test to find out what eniagram number i am. I am yet to take the test, so i have no idea. The takeaway from this is that for us to live a spiritual life, we first have to cultivate a good relationship with ourselves. We are all so hard on ourselves. Just spend five minutes talking to yourself and then calm down. And then make a cup of tea and love your best friend.
