Ike, Mid Cycle Is a Great Time to Start an Exercise
As we are approaching our periods, our estrogen, testosterone and predesterone are at their lowest. Right when you're, right when you start your menstral flow, those hormons start go back up. Mid cycle is a great time to start anlk if that's when you want to like, first get on, you know, some kind of a more intense exercise practice. And keeping a mentral cycle journal is one of the best ways to just start to pay attention to yourself.
