Shala: I love this book so much because it changed my perception. Like the paradigm shift about the way I looked at negotiation. Dawa is actually a form of negotiation, right? If you're trying to convince someone to abandon their old ways and embrace a new perfect way of life - that's totally negotiation. The author used to be an FDI hostage negotiator. So that's kind of like the worst kind of people to negotiate with. Shala: It gives you a lot of confidence in any human interaction.
