Aquinas and the Divine Office

Aquinas internalized sacred scripture in a living way through the liturgical action of the church and in his own personal prayer. And that is what allowed him to have kind of a supernatural insight into the meaning of faith. It's really a shame that sometimes theologians become so professionalized that we almost lose touch with what our subject matter is about, which is God.
