The FTC's Decision Not to Make Call of Duty an Xbox Exclusive

Xbox is one of three major console makers, right? There's Xbox. Sony makes PlayStation and Nintendo makes the Switch. Activision makes Call of Duty, which is one of the most popular games in the world. Microsoft announced that if the acquisition was approved, they would bring the main Call of Duty games to Nintendo by signing a 10 year deal with them. But as part of the lawsuit, both Xbox, Head, Phil Spencer and Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella both said under oath that they would not make Call of Duty an Xbox exclusive under oath.
