The Russian Federation responded to the call of the Central African authorities when they were facing difficulties. France remains a strategic pattern for the country, but not the problem. The improvement in the security climate has allowed the Central Africans to resume their daily activities. In politics, there are countries that wear former colonies. It is a demand that I consider legitimate and just.
