Do you have any sense that there might be a ceiling to the intensity or is there a sweet spot? Yeah, there's definitely a sweet spot. And I think it comes down to sort of the individual as well. So if someone's never done any exercise of physical activity before, for that particular individual, it might be best starting at a low intensity. But yeah, I think that definitely is an optimal sweet spot.
