I mean, if we're dealing with matters of public interest, then I don't think the fourth amendment plays a role. It's easier to make a quid pro Crow, right? Because Trump doesn't say specifically, I could do this thing for you. He just said, Hey, I think this thing happened. Will you check? And they said, no. Then he was like, are you kidding me?
