Researched it, found the species. It's really, really a prevalent in sar cro. And so then you have to get the salt concentration correct. You have to get it absolutely sterile, clean, so no contaminates, no fungus,. Because you want bacteria, you don't want the fungus. So the level of clean you have to be is, it's pretty hard. Cort.
