The Challenges of Collaborating in a Conference Room

I find that I'm most creative between the hours of like 11 30 at night and two in the morning. And you are probably most creative, you know, from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m., and those are hours that I'm generally not even awake. There's challenges with collaborating because sometimes it's best for you to just be by yourself or at least for me,. But there's times also where an idea is born out of us sitting together.
