The Importance of Personal and Professional Development
I always operate in a very privileged channel. What I mean with that, it's the one on one. That's also a choice I made because I was fairly effective as an executive. I've achieved four turnarounds of companies and I did that basically by making sure that people understood that the key priority in our organization are not actually the business goals. Every day you need to do something better, something different. You need to innovate yourself in some little aspect. If you don't do this, this is not the place for you. The work I did during these years set me off on this track to even think about writing a book about what I did.
