The Extradition Process - Edgar's Grounds for Appeal
In 1966 he was appointed a primary school teacher at St George's Grammar School in Cape Town. In 1967 I sought help from a psychiatrist in South Africa for this problem. He advised me that he knew of no local psychiatrists who could treat my problem. But there was a South African psychiatrist working at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital in Edinburgh who could treat his problem. The extradition is, you know, there's much more spotlights on this process now because of the publicity that you've given. And we can only hope,. we've managed to see Edgar's grounds for appeal. That's an astonishing thought.
