How to Ask the Right Questions in a Conversation

I use a process that im i call par p e a r people, environment, art, effects and relationships. I do a lot of observation and listening to understand what those four components are kind of coming through an in a conversation or in a description. And so by using that pair process, i start to ferret out more substantive information that then i can go back into your point. You have to be a good not only listener, but you have to ask really good questions.
