There are so many alternatives to payday loans that you need to consider before going, oh, my bills are due, I really need to get a loan for this. One of them is negotiating with your utility provider. You could also talk to Centrelink about getting potentially a pay advancement. And then there are places like the Good Shepherd Microfinance who have no income loan schemes. They are available for people within the community who need access to fast cash and aren't able to access it. There's only negative consequences and really high interest rates associated with them. So you've got to be really careful with these personal loans and stuff. Absolutely.
