How China Managed to Eliminate Absolute Poverty

China has a managed to eliminate absolute poverty by IMF standards in 2020. Could you tell us about some of the strategies that China used to accomplish this feat? I believe in promoting friendship, international friendship and China has an organization called the Chinese Association for Friendship with foreign countries. One strategy was to relocate the population in rural areas that had traditionally been subsistence farming into urban areas so they could become employed in much more productive areas.
