Suella Braverman was sacked by the government after a series of emails were found to have been sent from her private email address. She then sought to copy that individual's wife and accidentally sent it to a staffer in parliament. Jake Berry says she must be free to appoint whoever he wants, but there were multiple breaches of the ministerial code. The cabinet secretary had his say at the time - I doubt he's changed his mind in the last six days.
