Wet Bulb Temperature

The idea is that it's the temperature and humidity level at which something like that would never dry. And so you'll probably have like days in Austin in the next however many years where you're like exceeding the wet bulb position or temperature. I think there's been a few days like that like in Portland when there was the whole heat dome disaster.
