The Importance of Media in the Age of Privacy
Matthew Groder: How do we put limits on this technology such that we limit the risks of little Bobby in Italy getting on a VPN and hacking into some nuclear enablement system? I mean, that was in war games, wasn't it? It's Matthew Groder. The reason that media is important is because there's lots of downstream shit for media because people do stupid things when they consume the wrong information. We can't allow people like Donald Trump to win the presidency because he won't give a fuck. And hey, maybe this forces us to fortify our banks, our system, our telecoms, our nuclear silos,. but at least it'll force us to do that.
