How to Prepare for a UX Conference

I think it's always helpful to know as much as you can about your audience. I found the UX audience very impatient with theory and not enough practice. It is all about knowing your target audience. We've also been starting to get tired of the Netflix examples because we don't have that in Europe. But it's in the UK now. Yeah, excellent.
