In 2001, Hitchens writes a book titled The Trial of Henry Kissinger. It's written in this very literally prosecutorial sort of way,. He is not just going through everything that Kissinger was involved with that was horrible. As an incredibly powerful and well connected person, it's very unlikely that he would ever actually see the inside of a courtroom.
