Southwest has made that narrow tube a very happy place. They've hired a certain type of people and they've given them a lot of flexibility. The thing that is the hardest to clone about Southwest is the culture. American can try as hard as it wants. It can never clone the culture in a hundred years. United can never cloning the culture. Delta can neverclone the culture. They've tried and fallen flat. If you just drill down on the company, this is a very unusual company. This is the company with a very happy workforce"
