The DoJ Waits Until There's a Deal on the Table
Jim Nantz: The antitrust is the other shoe. And so that doesn't come until there's an actual deal. Right now we have a deal framework to drop litigation, but does the DOJ wait until there's a deal on the table? Do they wait until that deal? They basically have to send it to the DOJ for like approval; what's that look like? Well, I think the DOJ is looking into it and then the deal, I hope I don't get this wrong, and the DOJ wanted to block it, they would sue to block it. So I don't know if it would get, if it would getting that far.
