Debt Sealing - The Dead Ceiling

The debt sealing in its currnt form has outlived its usefulness. The dead ceiling seems like something with no potential upside and plenty of potential downside. Almost no other developed country has a debt seiling. And it's much simpler if the two parties decide to play a game of chicken, says John Avlon.
