How to Write a Science Fiction Book
If your book has a dozen different characters, don't lead with that. Give us a scene that we can see. Put that character in a position and then plant the hook. If it doesn't say someone is killing all the where pigeons, it's not urban fantasy. Danielle asks if I should mention my freelance articles if they are published on a janky website.
