So poor sleeps less about the proportion of sleep as so many of us would attribute it to when it's more about the sequence,. What is happening in those sequences? Are there practical things that are happening in those deepening end stages of sleep? There's a particular problem. People can have quite distorted proportions of sleep and still function well.
