Should a Dialysis Bishop Have Grand Dispensations in the Two Cases Mentioned Above?
Tridiciosusotus bans priests who were ordained after July 16th, 2021 from saying the Latin Mass. Pope Francis also says dialysis bishops can't have grand dispensations in cases like this. The use of a parish church or erection of a personal parish for Eucharist celebration is not allowed.
